A 50pcs box of FreshCheck Hygiene Verification System Swabs.
Swabs are used to test a 10x10cm square for residual microbial contamination. Use on visibly clean surfaces after cleaning has been completed (including all appropriate contact times for cleaners).
The swabs also give a separate colour change in response to residual cleaning chemicals (quats, triamines) so that you can be confident that your surfaces are clean.
In the event of a microbial fail, ensure proper corrective actions are followed.
If the surface is not clean, please re-clean the surface before testing. The FreshCheck swabs pick up microbes in a stressed environment and residual dirt may act as a food source.

How Should I Store the Swabs?
Swabs should be stored upright at ambient temperature (10-25C). Keep out of direct sunlight, and only use when in date. Please do not store swabs in the fridge or freezer.
Can I use the Swab More than Once?
No, the swabs are single use only.
Why is the Swab not Purple Prior to Testing?
If any swabs arrive that aren't purple, this indicates an issue has occurred with the swab and it shouldn't be used. Please contact us for further support.
Can I recycle the Swabs?Both the swab and packaging are recyclable. You may need to check if your local authority recycles polypropylene. No disassembly of the swabs is needed prior to recycling.
